We Support and Approve Operation (Clean Line Energy's Partners) From our Oklahoma Base
PAS incorporated in 2006 with its FAA approved base of operations in a 22,000 square foot hangar/office facility located on Osage Indian reservation in Sand Springs, OK. The corporate officers of PAS hold many minority certifications; the President is a woman owned, card carrying Cherokee Indian, with the female Vice President also being of Cherokee Indian descent and manages the company. The Chief Pilot/Secretary is a US Army Chief Warrant Officer Veteran, a helicopter pilot and has been a TD journeyman lineman since 1983. As a company, PAS is a federally certified SBA Hub-zone, Cherokee Indian (TERO) certified, economically disadvantaged woman owned small minority business in the USA; and operates with the FAA unlimited Part 135, 133, and 137 operating certificates located on USDA strike force area of operation.
Because of the unlimited 135, the FAA holds PAS to a higher SAFETY standard for maintenance records, inspections, pilot training, check rides, and drug consortium programs. PAS has a zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, and racial discrimination and is available for operations 24/7 365 days out of the year. PAS is an equal opportunity employer, but prides itself on hiring Veterans and other qualified minorities.
